Hi! I’m Emily and I am so glad you are here.

I am a wife to Kevin, a mom to three amazing kids (McKenna, Hunter, and Bentley) and a pet mom to a sweet puppy named Teddy.

Our home is in a Northern suburb of the Twin Cities where I am actively involved in my church, local ministries and with my kids at their school and beyond.

I juggle a lot of titles in my life: wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, teacher, and friend. However, there is one title that is my ABSOLUTE favorite – I am a child of God, a daughter of the Most High King, and a princess in God’s Kingdom! I have access to all of the splendors of heaven.

That last title has made my life SO MUCH FUN!

I created this blog to share my God stories with you, (the messy, hard, and joy-filled) so that you and I, together, can Expect God To Move in our lives.

ABOUT THE SITE

I believe in the God of the impossible.

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Matt 19:26

What seems too unfathomable for people to accomplish, God can. I have seen it happen. I have seen God show up in ways that blew my mind. “For nothing is impossible with God.” Luke 1:37.

Through experience, the scriptures have come alive and I have learned that

WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

I invite you to read my stories of God’s faithfulness and love as He provides for me and my family in radically amazing ways. God doesn’t just act in one person’s life and then say, “I am done. No more miracles. No more love to give out.” He says, “Hey, guess what? If I can do it for them, I can do it for YOU!” He is a God that NEVER changes.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.”

My hope and prayer as you visit my site is that you would be encouraged. That this will be a place where you can see and encounter the goodness of God and that you would leave with a HOPE that is palpable and a desire to know God in a deeper, more intimate way.
